PROGRAM GOAL.
Goal:
The goal of the Focus and Finish program is to strengthen the connections between academic learning and career exploration, provide guidance on college readiness, financial literacy, civic engagement, and educational experiences. Our aim is to empower youth to achieve their goals and successfully transition to adulthood, instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment.
By offering a diverse range of programs, from vision board creation to financial literacy education and social competence development, we equip young individuals with the tools they need to thrive personally, academically, and socially. Our commitment is to provide a positive, supportive environment that fosters growth and development, not only for the youth we serve but also for aspiring mentors and the community as a whole.

Awareness of the potential dangers of social media.
Education on responsible social media usage.
Training in online etiquette and privacy
Legal Eagle
Legal rights education and understanding.
De-escalation techniques in encounters with law enforcement.
Guidance on interacting with law enforcement officers.
Mediation
Mediation services for immigrant families with language barriers.
Assistance in communication and issue resolution with educators.
A wide range of services, including safety and violence prevention, mentoring, family support,

College Bound Program
Guidance in the college application process.
Assistance in completing financial aid applications (FASFA and Pell grants).
